Phone numbers "Not available to use till after May 15, 2014"

The following are 4 numbers parents can call in case of emergency.  They are European number so I believe to dial out you would need to dial 00 if you are in Mexico, and 011 if you are in USA/Canada.  Aside from call it does receive and sends out texts.
